ABOUT ME

I am a Postdoctoral Associate in the Walhout and Karlsson Labs at UMass Chan Medical School.

I am interested in identifying the genomic mechanisms underlying the evolution of different traits across the tree of life. To do this, I employ a variety of different computational methods.

My dissertation research investigated the evolution of diet within Mammalia. In my new position at UMass Chan, I am investigating the mechanisms behind flexible mammalian homeostasis strategies.
